Procedure

In the event of an emergency situation, simply contact the 24/7 call out help desk on the centralised telephone number. Out-of-hours call notification is provided immediately to the duty team, who will establish with you exactly what the issue is. This will then be passed on to an engineer who is closest geographically at the time and is either familiar with the business or has the closest skill-match to the issue reported.

Response Times:

TPS will respond to any national emergency call-out within the minimum Service Level Agreement (SLA) industry standard response time of four hours.
