Celebrating International Women’s Day

TPS (Technology Powered Services) is proud to join many others as we celebrate International Women’s Day; a global initiative which recongises the achievements of women, promotes gender equality and advocates for women’s rights.

Resonating with TPS, this year’s theme, “Empowering Women, Inspiring Change” speaks to TPS’ commitment to creating an inclusive environment, which not only supports our ladies but helps them to thrive.

The company’s Head of Service Delivery, Leanne Jones commented: “Working within such a male dominated industry was a little daunting at first but TPS has been, and is incredible. The company encourgaged me to complete a CTPM (Certified Telecommunications Project Management) course and is currently supporting me through my ILM Level 5 diploma in leadership and management.

“Both courses have allowed me to expand my knowledge, further develop my skills and advance my career. I’m grateful for the encouragement and backing from TPS and looking forward to continuing to work my way up the company ladder.”

Women play a critical role within a business and for TPS this extends from its head office, to the field.
